Customer Service 2.0: getsatisfaction.com
The other day we were looking for an effective and unique way to handle customer service for clients. Upon our research we came across getsatisfaction.com, a great addition to any website faced with the customer service challenge. Getsatisfaction.com realized that great customer service wasn’t going to be posting FAQs and responding to repetitive e- mail requests with libraries of stock answers (an all too common process). Starting from what they call the “Company-Customer Pact“, getsatisfaction.com had the unique idea to deal with customers by creating a communities. Now getsatisfaction.com has become a place where customers and companies can come together to answer each others’ questions: questions about shipping, pricing, fulfillment, the product itself, and other things as well. They can report issues, bugs, share ideas and tips.
