		<description>You miss the point. What I am saying is don&#039;t obsess on PR. Work on making the best site possible, and PR will take care of itself. To use another analogy. Why bother chasing after pretty girls to dance with you when you have yet to learn how to dance.....I am using Matt Cutts as an example, (which I agree is extreme) to explain that content always wins. Sometimes you need to go to the absurd to make a point.</description>

Or serps, or backlinks or any of the other things that lesser internet mortals have to consider. There are lots of good reasons for not concentrating on PR (like the fact that &#039;toolbar&#039; PR is a crude approximation that lags behind what is actually being used in the algo) - but citing Matt Cutts blog as an example to follow is just daft. He doesn&#039;t need to promote it. There aren&#039;t many bloggers in that situation.</description>
